Metals
Metals comprise nearly everything we touch on a daily basis. From the automobiles we drive, the desk and chairs we use at work, and the electronics we use. Metals are typically any solid material that is hard, shiny, malleable, fusible and ductile. It’s composition provides good electrical and thermal conductivity (e.g., iron, gold, silver, copper, and aluminum, and alloys such as brass and steel).
